What are the delivery times?
Ultra — 36 hours, Express — 3–5 days, Standard — 4–7 days, Road — from 10 days. Exact times depend on the route and rate.
How much does delivery cost?
It depends on the country, weight, and speed. For example, Moscow: Express — $12/kg, Road — $5/kg, Ultra — $30/kg. Calculate the exact cost in the calculator on our website.
What is ETHNO Buyer (purchasing service)?
This is the purchasing service: if a store doesn't ship to Uzbekistan or you don't have a foreign card, we buy the item for you and pay with our card, while you pay in UZS. Finding the item is free.
What about guarantees and safe handling?
We take 100% liability: if a parcel is lost, we reimburse its full value. We are fully responsible for safekeeping when we pack it ourselves or the packaging meets our requirements.
