We handle all customs paperwork ourselves. You don't need to visit a customs office or gather certificates.

Timing depends on the shipping method and the recipient's city. Air delivery is faster, while road and sea are cheaper. The calculator shows the exact timeframe.

What if my parcel is damaged?
When you collect at a branch, you may open the parcel in front of a staff member. If damage is recorded, a report is drawn up and Ethno Logistics compensates the loss under the contract.
How do I pay for delivery?
Pay on pickup at the branch — by cash or card. Regular customers and companies can pay by invoice.
