What is an Assisted Purchasing Service?

Assisted purchasing means our operator buys the product specifically for you. We pay for your order in a foreign store (in China, Turkey, Russia, and other countries) using our local and international payment systems, accept the package at our consolidated warehouse, and safely deliver it to you in Uzbekistan.

The most convenient part is that you pay in Uzbekistan in Uzbek Som (UZS) using a method convenient for you, without dealing with bank blockages and currency exchange risks.

When You Cannot Do Without an Assisted Purchase Service

• The foreign store or platform does not ship products to Uzbekistan.
• Card Blockades: Even if you have an international Visa or Mastercard, many websites and banks in Turkey and Russia block cards issued in Uzbekistan.
• You do not have an international bank card for payment.
• The seller accepts only local domestic payment methods (e.g., local Chinese cards).

How is the Purchase Made Through ETHNO Buyer?

1. Send the link: You send the link of the product you like and the required parameters (size, color, model, and quantity) to our manager.
2. We calculate the cost: Our manager calculates the final cost (product price + shipping to Uzbekistan).
3. We buy the product: Once you confirm, we immediately purchase the order and accept it at our warehouse in China, Turkey, or Russia.
4. We inspect, provide photo reports & ship: We inspect the product at the warehouse. Upon request, we send you a photo/video report of the item. We combine multiple parcels if necessary and ship it to Uzbekistan.
5. You receive the order: You pick up your package at our warehouse in Tashkent or order door-to-door delivery across the country.

How Much Does It Cost?

The final amount consists of the cost of the product itself and shipping expenses to Uzbekistan. We have no hidden fees or unexpected commissions: our manager shows all numbers and the final total before you confirm the order.
